Washington RB Tybo Rogers arrested on rape charges, suspended from Huskies program

USATSI Washington running back Tybo Rogers was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of rape, according to King County court documents. The Ravens have brought in a return specialist. Baltimore is signing Deonte Harty to a one-year deal, according to a report from NFL Media.
