EA Sports College Football 25 recreates iconic Penn State vs. Michigan moment

EA Sports College Football continued Wednesday morning with its rankings week, and they certainly aren’t skimping on any of the fine details.

The latest teaser explores the sights and sounds of the brand-new video game and how the various individuals behind it recreated college football’s greatest traditions and moments.

One moment that Penn State fans will never forget is the game against Michigan in 2019 at Beaver Stadium. The game became memorable even before the first snap when the hit Sheck Wes song “Mo Bamba,” played over the loudspeakers combined with the raucous crowd, caused a Michigan delay of game penalty. EA Sports was sure to include the iconic moment in its latest video:

The EA recreation of the moment seems to indicate that crowd atmosphere and home-field advantage will affect the player’s ability to get the snap off on time.

With July 19 being the game’s release date, expect EA Sports to stay in the college football spotlight, especially for the rest of the week when the top offenses, defenses and overall team power rankings are revealed.
