Sec coaches expect that they will pay up to $15 million in revenue share to their players.

Florida coach Billy Napier thought, you know, 12.5 to 15 million.

Billy Brian Kelly at LSU thought 14 to 17, he talked to a lot of people on and off the record about this expectations.

About $15 million the SEC will share with its football team which will be capped at 100 and five people.

Um If it was equal pay, that’d be about 100 and 42,000 per player.

I don’t know if that will be allotted in different ways and then they believed nil payments would be the quote sweetener.

Always, always got to have a little something extra that would obviously be, uh a lot of money, not necessarily for the SEC programs, but for other programs that are trying to recruit against them.

And how big of an importance will that be?

What, what do you got, Ross?

What, what is, what is the feeling down there on that number?

Does that number surprise you?

No, not really.

It’s probably around which you would expect.

It’s probably more though than maybe some other leagues can offer just talking, you know, going to Big 12 Media Day, uh, last week in Las Vegas.

I mean, I don’t, I don’t, I don’t know how many big 12 schools plan to pay one sport, $15 million a year.

Um, it, it’ll be interesting to see how the country in general, um, handles that number.

I think the question then becomes how much is nil on top of that?
