AUBURN — Auburn football has significantly strengthened its haul in the Class of 2026 at Big Cat Weekend.
After landing a pair of top-100 recruits earlier in the day with four-star edge Hezekiah Harris and four-star linebacker Shadarius Toodle, the Tigers earned a commitment from four-star linebacker JaMichael Garrett on Saturday. His addition gives Auburn five prospects pledged in 2026, a cycle in which the Tigers now have the No. 1 class in the country.
Garrett, who is listed at 6-foot-2, 205 pounds, attends Gulf Shores High School. He is rated by the 247Sports Composite as the No. 119 overall player and the No. 11 linebacker in the Class of 2026. He’s also tabbed as the No. 7 player in the state.
