Vanderbilt football is set to kick off its 2024 season at home when it faces Virginia Tech on Aug. 31 at FirstBank Stadium.
Season tickets for the 2024 season sold out in June, but individual game tickets are still available for each of the 12 games, including all eight SEC games, via the secondary market. With the SEC expanding to 16 teams and dropping divisions, several opponents are on the schedule that the Commodores do not play often. Vanderbilt will be facing Texas for the first time since 1928 and LSU for the first time since 2020. A road game against Auburn is the program’s first at Jordan-Hare Stadium since 2016 and Alabama will come to FirstBank Stadium for the first time since 2017.
Construction is still ongoing in the south end zone of FirstBank Stadium, but new premium seating options in the north end zone will be complete for the 2024 season, which will be coach Clark Lea’s fourth.
