Dan Murphy and Pete Thamel of ESPN just put out a new report about the Michigan sign-stealing controversy involving Connor Stalions, and it’s a big one and also involves Michigan State football.

In the report, which details a draft of the NCAA’s notice of allegations that are set to be delivered soon, the NCAA confirms that Connor Stalions was on the sideline for Michigan State’s game against Central Michigan.

The report also claims that multiple Michigan staff members were involved in the scheme, and that new Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore deleted text messages to Stalions off his phone the day that the scandal became a public controversy.
