Joel Klatt updates power rankings before 2024 college football season

The 2024 college football season is almost upon us and Michigan football will look to defend its national championship from the year before. But the road to Atlanta will be awfully tough.

Fox Sports college football color commentator Joel Klatt is the premier analyst in the sport, from calling the biggest games every week to his eponymous podcast. Each week he updates who he thinks the best teams in college football are, and with the season weeks away from kickoff, Klatt is doing more than just a top 10 — he’s updating his power rankings to include his top 25 teams.

Where does Michigan football rank? What about its opponents? And the other top teams in the sport? Klatt weighs in and put together his top 25.
