The Nebraska Cornhuskers have flipped a University of Oregon recruit. Isaiah Mozee switched his commitment from the Ducks to the Huskers on Friday afternoon.
Mozee is a four-star receiver for Lee Summit North High School in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Last season, he appeared in 11 games, making 74 receptions for 1,033 yards and 12 touchdowns.
The receiver had been committed to Oregon since April. His father, Jamar Mozee, was recently hired as a Senior Football Assistant at Nebraska. The elder Mozee comes to Nebraska after being the head coach of Lee’s Summit North High School in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, for the last nine seasons.
During that time, he would compile a record of 64-35 but recorded an impressive 33-5 record for the last three seasons. He had accepted a position as an analyst at Central Florida before coming to Lincoln.
Isaiah Mozee is the third wide receiver recruit to join Nebraska this year. He joins Bryson Hayes and Tanner Terch in the class of 2025.
