Would Lane Kiffin run two-tight end sets at Ole Miss? Dae’Quan Wright makes it possible

OXFORD — As Ole Miss football tight end Caden Prieskorn turned last season’s Peach Bowl into his personal highlight show, Dae’Quan Wright watched from home as a highly interested, transfer-portal bound observer.

He liked what he saw.

“My receiving, him in the core,” Wright said. “His blocking ability, my ability to run routes, my speed, stuff like that. I just feel like that complements each other.”

Could that cause the Rebels’ coaching staff to opt for more two-tight-end sets this fall?

It’s something quarterback Jaxson Dart teased last preseason with Prieskorn and Michael Trigg. But Trigg was off the team before the end of September, and Prieskorn struggled through the early part of the season with an…
