Despite losing linebacker Payton Wilson, the reigning ACC Defensive Player of the Year, the Wolfpack returns defensive leaders Davin Vann and Aydan White.
N.C. State added four offensive starters from the transfer portal to surround wide receiver KC Concepcion, the reigning ACC Rookie of the Year. Former Coastal Carolina quarterback Grayson McCall is the headliner, followed by former Duke running back Jordan Waters, former Notre Dame center Zeke Correll and former Ohio State receiver Noah Rogers.
