New offensive eras on deck for East Grand Forks, Polk County West football

Aug. 28—EAST GRAND FORKS — The East Grand Forks Senior High football team featured 2023 senior Drew Carpenter at quarterback for the previous three seasons.

The Polk County West football team, a co-op between East Grand Forks Sacred Heart and Climax-Fisher, has had an 11-year run with the Gapp family as a standout, most recently workhorse running back Mike Gapp, a 2023 senior.
