Jim Harbaugh’s magic fairy dust. Harbaugh took a storied franchise in San Francisco down on its luck and instantly led them to an NFC Championship Game berth. These Chargers have way more demons, plus a few key departures, but Harbaugh enters the building with a high-upside quarterback in Justin Herbert and a revamped offensive line.
