The first week of the 2024 college football season is over, and it was full of surprising upsets and exciting moments. As we move into the second week, there are three thrilling matchups to look forward to under the Friday night lights.

Western Illinois is aiming to set the tone for their season and bounce back against the Indiana Hoosiers after suffering a brutal 54-15 loss in Week 1. The Leathernecks will face the Indiana Hoosiers, who secured a 31-7 victory against FIU in their season opener.

The BYU Cougars and the SMU Mustangs, both eager to maintain a winning record, will clash in a highly competitive matchup. Finally, the Duke Daredevils will wrap up the Friday action as they take on the Northwestern Wildcats.
