The USF Bulls gave the Alabama Crimson Tide all they could handle for the second straight year. Alabama used four late scores to pull away and win 42-16, but the Bulls had the ball in the Alabama red zone with a chance to tie the game halfway through the fourth quarter.
It was a very poor day for the Alabama offensive line with Kadyn Proctor out and Elijah Pritchett not coming on until the final three drives of the game. The Tide were penalized 13 total times for 120 yards in another undisciplined showing.
WR Ryan Williams was sensational again with four grabs and 68 yards including a fourth-quarter touchdown to extend Alabama’s lead from five to 12 points. QB Jalen Milroe also added on to his Heisman campaign completing 16/26 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns as well as carrying the ball 12 times for just two yards, but touchdowns.
The Crimson Tide will need to have a hard look in the mirror this week as they travel up north to take on the Wisconsin Badgers on the road.
