Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule met with the media following the team’s 28-10 victory over the Colorado Buffaloes. The head coach started his availability by discussing his pride in his football team.
“I’m really proud of our team. The defense scored for the second week in a row and made some contributions. It was my kind of game. We won the game, but there’s still a lot to improve. I get to be the coach, and be happy for a night.”
During his press conference, the head coach also talked about the stadium atmosphere, setting the tone physically, and how to coach with a lead.
Nebraska will now prepare for another home night game when the Huskers host Northern Iowa at Memorial Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. CT and the game can be seen on the Big Ten Network.

“It was more than I hoped it would be. It was electric. The crowd noise was fantastic, the energy was fantastic. I think our players fed off of that.
