Performances of the Week
Sayvien Adams, Rancocas Valley. The senior quarterback completed 6 of 10 passes for 198 yards and three scores as the Red Devils picked up their first win with a 44-20 triumph over Pleasantville. He has four passing TDs in the first two contests.
Tyrone Baker, Timber Creek. With his arm and legs, the junior quarterback played a key role in the Chargers’ 27-24 victory over Notre Dame. Baker ran for 100 yards and two touchdowns while throwing for 178 yards and two scores, including a decisive 98-yard TD to Quadir Baldwin in the game’s closing minute.
Colin Beeler, Washington Township. The junior rushed 25 times for 157 yards and three touchdowns as the Minutemen improved to 2-0 with a 28-7 win over Pennsauken. Beeler is averaging 5.6 yards per carry and has five TDs in two games.
Christian Braxton, Camden. During a 30-0 win at Kingsway, the junior carried the football 17 times for 136 yards and a touchdown and caught three passes for 18 yards and another score.
Murad Campfield, Cherokee. It was just another day at the office for the senior running back as he rushed 25 times for a career-high 208 yards and a touchdown during a 27-10 win over rival Lenape. The performance pushed his career rushing total over 2,000.
Benjamin Cohen, Buena. The senior ran for 130 yards and three touchdowns to power Buena to a 40-12 victory over…
