Michigan quarterback Davis Warren (16) looks to makes a pass against Texas linebacker Barryn Sorrell (88) during the second half at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor on Saturday, September 7, 2024.
It is now Michigan week for USC and for us at Trojans Wire. The big game is next on the schedule, and we are going to cover this one extensively with help from Wolverines Wire. Michigan has not looked good this season. The Wolverines were blown out by Texas and then struggled against Arkansas State this past Saturday. The quarterback spot is a big question mark and a point of concern for new head coach Sherrone Moore and his staff. Moore is taking over from Jim Harbaugh this season. Though Moore did coach Michigan to a win over Ohio State with Harbaugh not on the sideline or in the stadium, Harbaugh was still able to advise the team and offer input. It was still his operation, and Moore could simply execute the plan. Now, Harbaugh is with the Los Angeles Chargers. He’s not an always-available resource. He is now coaching an NFL team. He is not running the show. It’s Moore who has to make the decisions and shape how the Wolverines go about their business. It has not been pretty thus far.
Let’s get a first inside read on Michigan in the articles below from Wolverines Wire, whom you will want to follow this week for extensive coverage of USC-Michigan from the Wolverines’ perspective. Stay with us for USC coverage leading up to Saturday afternoon’s big one in the Big House:

Endorsed. Put Dono on the field at all times and move him around. The formation with Orji and both backs should be in heavy use, too. https://t.co/6LerYvWS7D
