SEC Power Rankings: New No. 1 team, A&M rising after Week 3

As we exit Week 3 of the 2024 SEC football season, what are some takeaways that you might have from the conference as a whole Saturday?

A slate of games that began at noon, LSU and South Carolina played one of the top SEC games of the season so far in Columbia, while Alabama rolled on the road in Madison. SEC matchups also took place in locations such as Gainesville and Lexington, with both delivering certainly notable results for the teams involved.

So, as we turn our attention ahead toward Week 4, here are updated 2024 SEC football power rankings after Saturday’s action.
