After SEC play officially began during Week 2 with Kentucky facing South Carolina, four other teams also began conference play in Week 3.
With a total of six teams having now begun conference play, here are the updated SEC standings after Week 3:

T-1. Georgia, LSU, Texas A&M (1-0)
4. South Carolina (1-1)
T-5. Alabama, Missouri, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas, Auburn, Vanderbilt, Mississippi State (0-0)
15. Florida (0-1)
16. Kentucky (0-2)
As noted above, Alabama is among the remaining SEC teams who have yet to play an official conference game. That will come in Week 5 as Alabama hosts the Georgia Bulldogs in a matchup of two preseason 2024 SEC title contenders, one that could end up playing a key role in who makes it to Atlanta.
