Alabama football remains No. 4 in US LBM Week 4 Coaches Poll

Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe (4) runs the ball through a defense during the game against Wisconsin at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wis. on Saturday, September 14, 2024.

The Alabama Crimson Tide had their most dominant performance of the season on Saturday in a 42-10 road victory against the Wisconsin Badgers. QB Jalen Milroe was sensational again for the Tide with 271 total yards of offense and five touchdowns.

Despite the strong showing, the Crimson Tide remains ranked No. 4 in the Week 4 US LBM Coaches Poll. For the second straight week, the SEC is host to six of the top seven ranked teams in the country.

The No. 1 ranked Georgia Bulldogs received 42 first-place votes, No. 2 Texas received 10 votes and No. 3 Ohio State received three. Alabama will be on bye next week, but in Week 5 the Tide will have a great chance to take the top spot as they’ll host the Bulldogs.

Week 3 did not feature any notable upsets, but we did have two matchups between ranked teams as the Kansas State Wildcats beat the Arizona Wildcats 31-7 and the Missouri Tigers picked up a 27-21 win over Boston College.
