Alabama CB Jaylen Mbakwe lists his top-five Alabama players of all-time

Alabama Crimson Tide freshman cornerback Jaylen Mbakwe recently listed his top-five Alabama football players of all-time on a recent episode of the New Wave podcast. The podcast features both Mbakwe and freshman wide receiver Ryan Williams.

The five players that Mbakwe listed were Marlon Humphrey, Pat Surtain II, Kool-Aid McKinstry, Bryce Young, and Tua Tagovailoa. Each of which had successful careers for the Crimson Tide during their time as a college football player.

Mbakwe has already earned a starting role as Alabama’s punt returner. In addition, he has seen some playing time at cornerback through the first three games of the season. Alabama fans should be excited to see how Mbakwe grows and develops over the course of the next two and a half years.
