Week 4 of the 2024 college football season is in the books.

Here’s how every college football team in the state of Oklahoma fared.

NCAA Division I

Oklahoma

No. 13-ranked OU (3-1) suffered a 25-15 home loss to No. 7 Tennessee. The Sooners’ top performer was freshman quarterback Michael Hawkins, who completed 11 of his 18 passes (61.1%) for 132 yards and one touchdown off the bench. Next up is a road game against Auburn at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Oklahoma State

No. 15 OSU (3-1) suffered a 22-19 home loss to Utah. The Cowboys’ top performer was redshirt senior safety Trey Rucker, who recorded game highs of 14 tackles (one for loss) and two interceptions. Next up is a road game against No. 14 Kansas State on Saturday at an undetermined time.

Tulsa

Tulsa (2-2) earned a 23-20 overtime road win over Louisiana Tech. The Golden Hurricane was led by freshman quarterback Kirk Francis, who completed 24 of his 36 passes (66.7%) for 228 yards and one touchdown. Next up is a road game against North Texas at 6 p.m. Saturday.

NCAA Division II

Central Oklahoma

Central Oklahoma (3-0) earned a 32-17 road win over Nebraska Kearney. The Bronchos were led by sophomore running back William Mason, who ran the ball 27 times for 133 yards and one touchdown. Next up is a home game against Fort Hayes at 7 p.m. Saturday. Central Oklahoma is the state’s last remaining undefeated college football team at any level.

East Central

East Central (0-3) suffered a 19-3 home loss to Southwestern Oklahoma State. The Tigers’ top performer was senior running back Myles Featherston, who ran the ball 17 times for 131 yards. Next up is a road game against Oklahoma Baptist at 6 p.m….
