I mean, if we’re being honest, what we saw today and I’ll, I’ll give this, this note here, Jalen Mro, the first player with 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns versus an A P top five opponent.
Ever.
Ever.
You talk about like how this game was won, this game was won because Jalen Mro beat you with his legs, he beat you with his arm in my mind tomorrow, I’ll be stunned if Jalen Mro is not the Heisman front runner and he should be, he usually goes to the quarterback of the best team that has the best performance.
That was the best performance we’ve seen hands down throughout the course of the year against the best quality opponent for the course of the year.
Like this was a statement making game for Alabama for Klin de Boer.
But importantly for Jalen Miller to be able to be as dynamic of an athlete as he is.
And I mean, he can take it to the house every time he touches the football and then to be as physical as he is running the football but also the improvement for him in the passing game.
He was 27 to 33 passing.
He was accurate.
He was efficient.
Uh, he threw one interception but it was at the end of the end of the first half, I, I interviewed Jalen Mero this summer when I was in Alabama and he kept talking about how he felt disrespected how everyone talks about him being just a running quarterback and how his whole life growing up, everyone talked about him as he should move, the wide receiver, he should play safety.
