Football: There’s a new No. 1 public team in latest New Jersey Super 25 rankings

An action-packed Week 4 caused some major shuffling among public-school teams in the New Jersey Super 25 rankings.

Winslow took out Millville, the top-ranked public-school team since the start of the season, and is now the No. 2-ranked public-school team in the state. Toms River North edged the Eagles for the top spot after a last-minute victory last week.

This week’s schedule features five games between ranked teams: Morris Knolls at Mount Olive, St. Thomas Aquinas at Paramus Catholic, Camden at Winslow, St. Augustine at Holy Spirit, and DePaul at Don Bosco.

Every week, voters from across the Network will rank the top teams in the state. The rankings will be posted every Tuesday morning.
