Pocola’s Dakotah Terrell, one of the state’s top recruits in the 2025 class, announced his commitment to Missouri football on Monday.
A three-star prospect according to 247Sports, the 6-foot-8, 215-pound Terrell will be a tight end at the next level, although he also plays defensive end for Pocola.
Terrell is a two-sport star as he’s also a standout basketball player and has Division-I hoops offers from Cal Poly, Sam Houston State and Tulsa.
His first offers were in basketball, but his football recruitment exploded following his junior season and he earned offers from programs around the country, including Arkansas, Florida, Michigan, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M.
He announced his offer from Missouri on July 27.
Terrell is the nation’s 38th-ranked tight end in his class, according to 247Sports Composite, and was No. 6 on The Oklahoman’s Super 30 rankings of the state’s top senior recruits over the summer.
