With OSU set to host West Virginia at 3 p.m. Saturday, we ran 100 simulations of the Week 6 contest on the “EA SPORTS College Football 25” video game to see which team is projected to win.
Here are the results, including average points scored for both teams and Most Valuable Player projections:

Out of 100 simulations, OSU won 60 times. The average score was 28-24 in favor of the Cowboys.
A total of 54 games were decided by one possession, and six games went into overtime. Of those overtime games, OSU won four of them.
The highest-scoring combined game was OSU’s 49-47 win in Game 22, while the lowest-scoring combined game was West Virginia’s 13-10 win in Game 85. Here are some more notable stats for both teams:

Most Valuable Player: Ollie Gordon II won MVP 35 times. The junior running back’s best performance came in Game 10 when he ran the ball 16 times for 169 yards and two touchdowns during a 31-24 double-overtime win.
Outlier performance: Garret Rangel earned his lone MVP selection in Game 74. The redshirt sophomore quarterback replaced Alan Bowman in the second quarter and completed 14 of his 19 passes (73.7%) for 151 yards and three total touchdowns during a 38-17 win.
