Well, it felt like Penn State grabbed victory from the jaws of defeat at us.
C today they were down 20 to 6 at half time, but it was US c letting Drew Aller throw the ball over the yard, get back in the game in the second half.
It was us CS inability to convert on third downs.
And it was all ultimately a Miller Moss pick in the last few seconds of the game in the fourth quarter that sent it to overtime in a missed field goal that handed Penn State this win.
But it feels like US C is essentially eliminated from college football playoff contention and this fan base I don’t think expected that in week seven.
No, I don’t think the college football world was ready for this.
Let’s be real.
You’re talking about a contract worth over $100 million reportedly to Lincoln Riley for what I mean.
This is a real world now where we have expanded playoffs, which means expanded expectations and even if we want to buy the, the first year in the big 10 and we heard all that they put on 1400 pounds collectively for what again, for what is the theme of us C tonight?
Because if you’re looking around saying we let them get back in this game, we found a way to lose this game and now we’re sitting with three losses on the outside looking in, I don’t think US C has any chance, any path, any way to get to the college football playoff.
And that might be ok when there’s four teams, but when there’s 12, this is what we like to call a disaster.
And Lincoln Riley is the captain of the ship that is sinking in front of our very eyes.
It’s a disaster to be out of college football…
