Ohio State fell in the polls after losing at Oregon on Saturday night.
In the aftermath of the 32-31 defeat, the Buckeyes dropped two spots to No. 4 in the Associated Press poll and another spot to No. 5 in the US LBM coaches poll.

It’s the lowest they have been ranked since they ended last season at No. 10 in both major top-25 polls following a loss in the Cotton Bowl.
The Buckeyes had been ranked either No. 2 or No. 3 through the first six weeks of this season, trailing only unbeaten teams from the Southeastern Conference. After Vanderbilt upset Alabama last week, they had moved up to No. 2.
Texas remains atop both poll, followed by Oregon at No. 2 and Penn State at No. 3. All three are 6-0.
The Buckeyes are then flip-flopped with Georgia in the polls. They remain ahead of the Bulldogs in the AP poll, but are behind them in the coaches poll. Both are 5-1 overall.
