Ranking Michigan State football’s remaining games by difficulty

Michigan State football came out of the bye week with the mentality that it was a new season, where they had a fresh 0-0 record and six games to show who they are as a team. They overcame their first challenge of that ‘new season’ on Saturday night when they took care of business against Iowa.

Aidan Chiles said that he and the team have a goal of going 6-0 to end the season, but they are committed to taking it game-by-game. Well, let’s take a little closer look at who Michigan State will be playing to finish the season. We ranked each remaining games in terms of difficulty, going from easiest to toughest.

Purdue

This is a game where I actually wanted to rank it higher, because I think with this rivalry, it’s rarely an easy win, especially when it’s in Ann Arbor, but it’s more a credit and show of respect to the next two games that this one comes in at No. 3. Look, Michigan has struggled this year, but this won’t be an easy game. It never is.
