Kurtis Rourke injury update: What Indiana football coach Curt Cignetti said Monday

BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football coach Curt Cignetti told reporters on Monday that quarterback Kurtis Rourke is expected to return this season but said little else about the injury he suffered against Nebraska.

Rourke’s hand hit the helmet of an opposing player on a passing attempt in the second quarter of a 56-7 win over Nebraska. He came back into the game to close out the half, but initially remained in the locker room when the team took the field after halftime.
