The Alabama Crimson Tide added yet another commitment to their 2025 recruiting class Tuesday morning, as Marshall Pritchett announced that he would be committing to the program.
Pritchett, a former North Carolina commit, announced that he would be flipping to the Crimson Tide from the Tar Heels, whom he had previously been committed to since March of 2024, and was one of the program’s top overall commitments of the cycle so far.
According to the 247Sports Composite Recruiting Rankings, Pritchett is a four-star tight end in the 2025 class, and ranks as the nation’s No. 404 overall player in the cycle. Pritchett is also the nation’s No. 22 tight end, as well as the No. 50 overall player in the state of Georgia where he attends Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School.
The four-star tight end is now commitment No. 23 for the Crimson Tide in the 2025 cycle, with Alabama’s class still ranking second-best nationally. Pritchett is also the second tight end in Alabama’s class, joining fellow four-star Kaleb Edwards.
