With Week 9 in the books, the Big 12 remains arguably the most confusing Power Four conference.

Preseason favorites have struggled mightily. The undefeated BYU Cougars and Iowa State Cyclones grace the top of the league standings. However, the Kansas State Wildcats and Colorado Buffaloes are close behind in the Big 12 race.

In the post-Week 9 US LBM Coaches Poll, three Big 12 teams were ranked: No. 10 Iowa State, No. 12 BYU and No. 15 Kansas State. Colorado, which beat Cincinnati on Saturday, received 75 votes and Arizona State earned five.
