Vote for Landmark Fine Homes boys high school athlete of the week for Oct. 20-26

The Oklahoman’s fall sport boys athletes of the week poll for Oct. 20-26 presented by Landmark Fine Homes is now live at oklahoman.com.

Last week’s winner was Washington freshman quarterback Creed Barrett.

Voting is open until noon Saturday. Here are this week’s nominees:

Logan Austin, Sr., Oklahoma Christian School cross country: He claimed the Class 3A regional crown at Oklahoma Bible Academy in Enid. Austin completed the race in 16:38.4 as he led Oklahoma Christian School to the team championship.

Isaiah Blevins, Jr., Guthrie cross country: He was the runner-up at the Class 5A regional in Owasso, finishing with a time of 16:13.6.

Micah John, So., Deer Creek cross country: He placed second in 15:52.1 at the Class 6A regional at Owasso, helping Deer Creek claim the team crown.

Ryder Murphy, Jr., Norman football: He caught 10 passes for 152 yards and two scores in Norman’s 54-27 victory over Deer Creek.

Kameron Oliver, Sr., Putnam North football: The receiver ran for a 26-yard touchdown on a reverse, providing the lone score in Putnam North’s 7-3 win over Sapulpa.

Santiago Ortega, Sr., Kingfisher football: He had seven receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown and blocked a kick as Kingfisher defeated North Rock Creek 45-41. Ortega’s touchdown catch was with less than 30 seconds remaining sealed the victory.

Riley Pauley, Sr., Piedmont cross country: He was Piedmont’s top runner as the Wildcats claimed the Class 6A regional championship at Westmoore. Pauley placed seventh with a time of 16:11.9.

Shawn Rounsaville Jr., Jr., Tuttle football: He had 32 carries for 183 yards and two touchdowns in Tuttle’s 28-7 victory against Blanchard.

L.T. Simmons, Sr., Carl Albert football: He ran for 80 yards and two scores as Carl Albert defeated Lawton…
