Nebraska offensive coordinator Marcus Satterfield and defensive coordinator Tony White met with the media earlier this week. The Huskers are preparing to host the UCLA Bruins this weekend.
The offense ranks No. 93 in the nation in total offense, averaging 358.1 yards per game. They rank No. 95 in scoring offense with an average of 24.0 points per game.
Satterfield has been under fire for the last several weeks. Fans have become frustrated with a lack of scoring and an inability to create explosive plays.
Through eight games, the defense ranks No. 16 in total defense, surrendering an average of 301.9 yards per game. The Blackshirts also rank No. 18 in scoring defense, giving up only 18.12 points per game.
The Huskers will face the Bruins this Saturday at Memorial Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT and can be seen on Big Ten Network.
