Which states does Deion Sanders think produce the best HS football players?

Deion Sanders was asked where the best high school football players come from. The Colorado coach chose to make a distinction.

He says the best prep football is played in Texas. However, the best players come from other states.

Sanders credits those from Florida, Louisiana and Georgia as the elite among talent, saying those states produce the dawgs.
