Kentucky offensive tackle Gerald Mincey, a former Tennessee player, will not play against his former team on Saturday due to injury.
Mincey was listed as out on the SEC student-athlete availability report, released Wednesday night. He started the first seven games of the season. But last week, he left the game during Kentucky’s 24-10 loss to Auburn.
No. 7 Tennessee (6-1, 3-1 SEC) plays Kentucky (3-5, 1-5) on Saturday (7:45 p.m. ET, SEC Network) at Neyland Stadium.

The SEC student-athlete availability report was introduced this season for conference games only.
The initial report is released on Wednesday night of an SEC game week with daily updates leading to a final report 90 minutes prior to kickoff of a Saturday game.
