In state product to visit Michigan State football against IU

Port Huron Northern’s Amir Morelan catches a pass before a game against Warren Cousino at Memorial Stadium in Port Huron on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024.

Michigan State football will be receiving a high-priority visitor in the 2026 recruiting class. After the Spartans re-offered Amir Morelan this week, the in-state product will be heading to East Lansing for the Spartans game against Indiana this weekend.

Morelan is from Port Huron (MI), attending Port Huron Northern High School. He is a 3-star product according to On3. A 6-foot-2, 175-pound defensive back. The Spartans appear to be in good shape for the local defensive back.
