No. 19 Ole Miss (6-2, 2-2 SEC) faces Arkansas (5-3, 3-2) Saturday at 11 a.m. Here are four keys to a Rebels win over the Razorbacks.
Stop the run
Ole Miss leads the nation in rushing yards allowed per game, allowing just 76.6 yards per game. Arkansas, meanwhile, averages 199.3 yards per game on the ground, which is 28th nationally. Razorbacks quarterback Taylen Green is second among SEC quarterbacks with 395 rushing yards, and while running back Ja’Quinden Jackson (592 yards) is reportedly doubtful to play Saturday, freshman Braylen Russell has run for 302 yards. Green is tied for the third-most interceptions thrown (seven) in the SEC this season; forcing the Razorbacks into passing situations is bound to lead to turnover opportunities.

Arkansas is solid against the run, allowing just 119.9 yards per game. Ole Miss struggled to run the ball against Oklahoma, racking up a season-low 69 rushing yards. Prieskorn and Wright stretched the field for Ole Miss last weekend and opened up things for receivers on the perimeter as well.
Play clean football
Penalties have been an issue for Ole Miss all season; the Rebels have been flagged for 68 penalties this year, tied for the sixth-most nationally. The issue reared its head once…
