The Spartans also will be without starting linebacker Jordan Turner for the first half after his targeting ejection on the final play of the third quarter at U-M. He was warming up pregame for a return after halftime.
Glover, a 6-foot-1, 204-pound sophomore, has 13 catches for 158 yards with a touchdown. He did not have a catch last week before leaving the game against the Wolverines, with redshirt freshman Aziah Johnson taking over alongside starters Montorie Foster Jr. and Nick Marsh. Senior Alante Brown also returned from injury a week ago.
Schickel was hurt while racing down on punt coverage with 2:58 left in the first half after getting bumped to the ground from behind by a U-M player. No flag was thrown. The James Madison transfer, who played three seasons for current Indiana coach Curt Cignetti, was taken to the MSU locker room by cart before halftime.
