LSU football releases injury report ahead of game against Alabama

BATON ROUGE — Offensive line is what plenty of eyes will be on for No. 15 LSU football against rival No. 11 Alabama for a number of reasons this Saturday night (6:30 p.m., ABC).

LSU football coach Brian Kelly told reporters during his weekly news conference Monday that senior left guard Garrett Dellinger would out for the Alabama game after having tightrope surgery for the high-ankle sprain he suffered during the first half of the Texas A&M game.

While the Tigers (6-2, 3-1 SEC) will be without one of their starters, another will be fully healthy according to the student-athlete availability report that came out Wednesday night.

Senior right guard Miles Frazier, who was listed on the report before the A&M game but did play, was not on the first injury report for LSU this week, signaling he’s in better playing shape.

Freshman running back Caden Durham, who’s been battling a toe injury and has been on the last few injury reports for LSU, is not listed as well so it looks like he’ll be full-go against the Crimson Tide.

Linebacker West Weeks and wide receiver C.J. Daniels are both questionable for the Alabama game.
