The Alabama Crimson Tide are set to meet no. 14 LSU Tigers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Saturday night for an SEC showdown with major playoff implications, especially now that Alabama has been ranked no. 11 in this year’s College Football Playoff Rankings and needs a win to hold their playoff spot.. Both teams are currently 6-2 after taking a bye last week. The Alabama vs. LSU game begins at 7:30 p.m. ET and will air on ABC and ESPN+, but the festivities will last all day because Tiger Stadium will be the site of this week’s ESPN College Gameday broadcast which begins at 9 a.m. ET.
