No. 10 Notre Dame beat Florida State 52-3 in South Bend on Saturday as it made a statement while it pushes for a spot in the College Football Playoff.
While it looked early like the game might be a back-and-forth tilt, it turned out to be a dominant Notre Dame win. The Fighting Irish defense was impressive and while the offense struggled to find consistency early, it improved throughout the game and put together enough plays to secure the win.
