Vote for the TSSAA football regular season offensive player of the year in the Knoxville area

So who was the best high school football player on the offensive side of the ball for the 2024 TSSAA regular season in the Knoxville area?

You get a chance to vote for the 10 candidates. Here are the players:

Price Davis, Maryville: Davis had 178 carries for 1,012 yards rushing with 17 touchdowns to lead Maryville to a 9-1 regular season record.

Weston Edmonds, Grace Christian Academy: Edmonds is 183-of-266 passing for 2,514 yards. He completed 68.8% of his passes and threw 28 touchdowns with five interceptions.

Ryan Gibson, Seymour: Gibson has 241 carries for 1,554 yards with 11 touchdowns. He’s averaging 6.5 yards per carry and 155.4 yards per game.

Eli Graf, Alcoa: Through nine games, Graf is 76-of-108 passing for 1,009 yards with 12 touchdowns. He’s also rushed 66 times for 538 yards and six TDs.

Landen Hensley, Anderson County: Through nine games, Hensley is 112-of-172 passing for 2,041 yards and 24 touchdowns.

Tyreek King, Knoxville Catholic: In eight games, King has 873 yards receiving on 39 receptions with 12 touchdowns. He’s averaging 109 receiving yards per game and 22.4 yards per catch.

Cooper Newman, Sevier County: Newman is 159-of-211 passing for 2,325 yards with 33 touchdowns and no interceptions.

Carson Quillen, Greeneville: Quillen has rushed 114 times for 1,237 yards and 25 touchdowns. He’s averaging 10.9 yards per carry.

Deuce Rodgers, Powell: Through eight games, Rodgers had 72 carries for 441 yards and six TDs. He also threw for 1,161 yards, 16 TDs and four interceptions.

Shavar Young, Knoxville Webb: Young has 41 receptions for 441 yards receiving with seven touchdowns. The Clemson footnall commit also has 58 carries for 502 yards and five TDs.
