After a dominant showing against Florida, No. 3 Texas football (8-1, 4-1 SEC) has a clear path to the conference championship game in its SEC debut season. Win and you’re in, but mercurial Arkansas (5-4, 3-3) would love nothing more than to help derail those title hopes against its old rival.

Can Texas contain Arkansas quarterback Taylen Green?
Pregame question: The Longhorns lead the nation in pass defense, allowing an average of 135.2 yards, and lead the SEC with 14 interceptions, but much of that success has come against journeymen and backups behind center. Arkansas’ Taylen Green has thrown for 2,214 yards and 11 touchdowns on 62.7% passing with seven interceptions and has run for another 411 yards and five touchdowns while ranking third in the SEC with 2,917 yards of offense a game. He’s the best quarterback that Texas will face since either Georgia’s Carson Beck or Vanderbilt’s Diego Pavia. (How did that pair fare against Texas, by the way? They went a combined 40-of-72 passing for 330 yards with two TDs and five interceptions.)
Postgame answer: We’ll provide an answer after the game.
