The Nebraska Cornhuskers will face the Wisconsin Badgers this weekend at Memorial Stadium for senior day. Both teams enter Saturday’s game with an overall record of 5-5.
The Huskers are coming off a 28-20 loss to the USC Trojans last Saturday. The Badgers fell to the Oregon Ducks by a score of 16-13. Wisconsin head coach Luke Fickell has been in the news recently after he announced that he relieved offensive coordinator Phil Longo of his duties.
Longo spent 23 games in Madison. He came to Wisconsin after spending four seasons with the North Carolina Tar Heels. He had two seasons at Ole Miss prior to hit tenure in Chapel Hill.
Through ten games this season, the Badgers rank No. 91 in total offense with 363.1 yards per game. They rank No. 97 in scoring offense with an average of only 23.9 points per game.
The Huskers will face the Badgers this Saturday at Memorial Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT and can be seen on Big Ten Network.
