The Tigers (9-2, 5-2 AAC) were officially eliminated from AAC title game contention on Saturday, but Memphis did get a 53-18 win over UAB. That meant Memphis’ seniors went out with a win on senior day.

Now, the Tigers have a week and a half to prepare for the regular season finale on the road against Tulane (9-2, 7-0) on Thanksgiving Day. The Green Wave have dominated the AAC this season and are headed to the title game against Army, but they need to beat Memphis to keep their College Football Playoff hopes alive.
