Four standouts from Great Falls High and one from C.M. Russell High garnered first-team All-State football accolades Friday as the teams were released.
Isaac Tolan, Riley Collette, Broden Molen and Mason Kralj all earned first-team All-Class AA honors for the Bison, while defensive end Nick Donester was on the top defenders list for the Rustlers.
Tolan was named to the first team as both an offensive lineman and defensive tackle, as the senior led the state in tackles for loss with 22.5 on the year.
Molen, who is considered one of the top long snappers in the country and earned a roster spot in the All-American Bowl on Jan. 11, was a first-teamer on special teams and second-team as an H-back offensively. Molen was also named second-team all-Eastern AA as a defensive end.

Collette, who was also second-team all-conference as a quarterback, was named All-State at punter after leading the state at over 41 yards per boot. The senior threw for 1753 yards and 10 touchdowns this past season and was among the conference’s leading rushers at 621 yards and nine scores.
Kralj led Great Falls High in tackles at linebacker for the third straight season as he was named to the first-team defense, while also taking second-team All-State honors at running back as he rushed for over 800 yards and nine touchdowns in 10 games.

Donester was again one of the top defensive players in the state for the Rustlers as he was among the state leaders in tackles for loss with 17.5 with 4.5 quarterback sacks.
