The Early Signing Period has come and gone, and we might as well refer to it as National Signing Day because nearly all of the recruiting prospects send in their National Letters of Intent during this new timeframe than the traditional and official date set aside in February. It’s been that way since it was implemented a few years back.
The Ohio State football program has historically recruited at a high level as one of the best in the country when it comes to luring the best high school talent to the banks of the Olentangy, and that was no different this year.
When it comes to ranking the Buckeyes and their recruiting classes compared to their colleagues in the Big Ten, they are usually at or near the top, and that has proved to be the case again this season. However, with the additions of West Coast teams Oregon, UCLA, USC, and Washington, how did that all play out?
