Penn State football senior offensive lineman Nick Dawkins has earned college football’s prestigious community service award.
The Nittany Lion starting center won the annual Wuerffel Trophy during Thursday evening’s annual Home Depot College Football awards show in Atlanta. It’s given to the outstanding player who mixes on-field success and sportsmanship with community service and giving back.
