The Lions have made several roster moves on Tuesday.
The club placed defensive tackle Alim McNeill, cornerback Carlton Davis, and cornerback Khalil Dorsey on injured reserve.
McNeill and Dorsey are out for the season, but Davis has a chance to return from his fractured jaw if Detroit advances far enough in the postseason.
The club also announced the previously reported move of signing linebacker Anthony Pittman to the 53-man roster off of Jacksonville’s practice squad.
Cornerback Stantley Thomas-Oliver has been signed to the practice squad and released defensive end Isaiah Thomas from the practice squad.
